It's an item you have to deliver. To keep it, go to the contact, talk to them to get the painting.
Then, go talk to any other NPC other than Jaleela, and let them know you are free to work for them.

Twi'Lek Girl (Image)

Random loot from Jabba's theme park
Comes in 3 different sizes, different colors exist for the frame (large (4) ; medium (2) ; small (2)).
Although some colors are more rare than others, it seems that every color exists for each size
